First Gen Convertible Sub Frame Connectors
I will add more information as time allows.
From my research there are only three ways to install sub frame connectors in a first gen convertible.
1. Global West Convertible Sub frame connectors -

These are the only convertible sub frame connectors on the market that do not require you to cut the floor or modify the connectors. They do hang low and are noticeable. This may be a problem for lowered cars. You will need to weld in the rear portion of these connectors but the front can be
welded in or bolted in using the sub frame bolt.
Warning- Make sure these connectors are not blocking access to the front leaf spring mount bolts. (this happend to me)
Cost Approximately $250
2. Detroit Speed and Engineering sub frame connectors - (pics of Bob Spear's Camaro)

These connectors require you to cut the floor of your convertible and weld in the connectors. This is a clean install but requires you to cut and leaves you with a bump in the rear foot area under the carpet.
3. Cutout Coup sub frame connectors - (pics of Jeffrey Trush's Camaro)

This is an interesting way to install sub frame connectors. It requires allot of time modifying the weld in connectors and may alter their strength but you get the best of both worlds. You don't have to cut your floor and they don’t hang down.
I wish someone would start making these. I am not sure what brand of connector these are.
These connectors have actually been cut then pieces have been welded back in to give them more strength.
